EOPL Tournaments

It differs for each tournament, however we like sticking to the principle that every team should always be guaranteed MINIMUM 3 games per tournament to ensure it’s fair, fun and worth it for every participant!

What type of exposure do tournament participants receive?

Every tournament we host; whether it’s for fun, competitive, or for a prize, every team that signs up will have their roster showcased leading up to the tournament and star players showcased. Every tournament will also have an “All star team” released showcasing the top performers from the tournament, as well as the best plays!

RSN ID/Combine Camps

Who are RSN ID Camps meant for?

RSN ID Camps are meant for youth players from u13-u18 and senior players from 18-24 years old! If you’re participating in a camp, it’s because you want to further your soccer career and follow the RSN/EOPL Pathway that can lead you to a College/University Career, a Semi-Pro, or Professional career.

Are there different type of combines?

Absolutely! When we announce an ID Camp, it will specify if there will be Pro teams, Collegiate/University teams or both in attendance! Some camps will be more focused on youth athletes wanting to play at the post-secondary level, while others may be more focused on pro opportunities regardless of the athletes’ current club.

What pro teams and schools will be scouting at the event i’m attending?

We have, and are still building a strong network of North American and European partners to provide our athletes with the best opportunities possible tailored to their wants and abilities. Most scouts attending an event will be specified during or before the event! Thanks to our online presence with XbotGO, extra scouts who aren’t advertised as attending an event in person will also have the opportunity to review footage digitally from any event.

How are players evaluated?

Players are evaluated based on overall skill, athleticism, technical ability, awareness and coachability.

What does a typical ID Camp schedule look like?

ID Camps will typically consist of a 20-30 minute warmup/activation period followed by scrimmaging for the remainder of the camp as we believe this is the most efficient way for scouts and coaches to evaluate a players ability.

Other/General

What happens if I lose an event jersey or pinnie?

Please try your best not to lose these things as this is how stats are tracked and players are evaluated! A 50$ replacement fee will be charged.

Can I participate in EOPL/RSN Events if I play for a youth club or a senior team already?

100%! We are not a replacement for club soccer and only an opportunity to further progress your career and enjoyment of the sport. Our leagues and tournaments are not sanctioned, and provide athletes an opportunity to play as much soccer as possible with their friends and share the love for the game within a community.

What is RSN?

RSN stands for Riverside Sports Network which EOPL is a branch of. EOPL branding is typically for our organized leagues and tournaments whereas RSN events are typically ID Camps, Development camps/sessions etc. It doesn’t change anything and simply just correlates all of our events and plans together while staying organized.
